Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
No, this is not a hotel.
Can I arrive or depart at any time?
Check-in is allowed 3.00 to 6.00 pm and departure is by 10.00 am. Respecting these rules is a sign of kindness towards the cleaning ladies and other booked guests.
If you need to arrive at different time it’s important that you inform us in advance; we will do the best to satisfy your request and organize someone to welcome you.
Is it recommended to have a car?
Absolutely yes, let’s say it is vital. The countryside where we are is not well covered by public services and Uber is not available. Taxi rides can sometimes have very high costs. To reach the nearest grocery store you have to walk for about 1 km.
Is parking available?
Yes, in specific areas of the Estate.
Can I come with my electric car?
Yes. We have 2 charging points suitable for all car models. It is a pay service.
Can you organize a transfer for me from the airport?

Where can I rent a car?
at Pisa airport (30km) or with motorcyclerentalitaly.com
Can I store my bicycle/e-bike?
Yes, we have a closed room equipped for small repairs where you can keep your bicycle safe.
Is there a restaurant?
No, not on premises. Upon arrival we provide you with a list of excellent restaurants nearby. Pizza, pasta, steak…every day you can choose a different menu, for all tastes!
Are Wi-Fi and air conditioning available?
Of course…in all the accommodations. How could we live without it!?
And to wash my clothes?
A laundry service is available, upon payment. Our staff takes care of everything and returns your clothes in 24 hours.
Do all apartments have a private terrace or patio?
Not everyone. But for your outdoor dinners there are always tables available outside the apartment. Furthermore the main common terrace, with tables umbrellas and sofas, is available to anyone who wishes to use it.
How to participate in the Wine Tour?
From May to October, once a week, we organize a wine tour with tasting offered free to our lodged guests. Other experiences or customized dates are available for a fee, subject to availability.
