A seasonal soap with local ingredients that combines lightness to protective substances – Chiara Sajiz
INGREDIENTS
- Leeks
- Pumpkin
- Zucchini
- Chili pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Curry
- Turmeric
- Rosemary
- Organic vegetable broth
- Salt
PROCESS
Clean vegetables, slice and toss them in a large pot with extra virgin olive oil and chilli. Combine the curry, turmeric dissolved in half glass of water and then the rosemary. Mix well. Cover with vegetable stock and simmer over low heat for about thirty minutes. Turn off the heat, add salt, remove the red pepper and the rosemary.Blend it, If you want more flavour you can add a little cream plant soy. Serve in soup plates.
